Commercial HVAC, industrial and office HVAC maintenance agreements. Proper maintenance includes a yearly coil cleaning.
Quarterly service includes: amp out all motors, clean the contactor, check freon levels, check gas - if applicable, pilot check and cleaning, amp reading on gas valve, clean blower assembly, check all controls for discoloration, change or clean all filters. This takes about one hour per unit per visit.

What can I say, other than Thank You!. It's not often any-more that you find a service contractor who is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer, but that is obviously exactly what you did. After the recent installation of my new air conditioner, I can gladly say that I will refer your company to anyone and everyone that I come into contact with. As you know I had a defective unit from the factory, and I was shocked, but very pleased when I called you and you immediately sent someone out to correct my problems by installing a brand new unit! I was expecting the usual run-around, and a long string of excuses, but instead my concern was met with a sincere desire to correct the problem.

Ron and Kelvin were here as promised to check out and determine what was wrong with the air conditioner. At issue was the condition of the coils in the furnace unit. Were they good, bad and did they have to be removed to complete the job.
The amazing thing was that the coils were dirty and were covered by a matting of dog hair, dust and whatever. A matted mess that had accumulated over 10+ years and had caused the unit to fail and become terribly inefficient. Ron then proceeded to clean the system and put it back together.
The point is that anyone could have told me the problem was far worse, and I would have believed it. Instead, your people performed as they always have - in an honest, efficient manner. Keeping the best interests of the customer first. This is why we continue to use your service and would always recommend others to do so.
